Cross Country is only run in the first part of the First Term. It is compulsory for Grade 3 through to Grade 7. Training takes place four times a week culminating in the Inter-House Cross Country. Seniors practise on Monday and Wednesday while the juniors practise on Tuesday and Thursday. All age groups participate in the Inter-House Cross Country. The junior age group run a 2, 2 km course, while our seniors run a 3, 18 km course. The school team, mainly chosen from this event participates annually in the prestigious Lilfordia Three Woods Cross Country, and many other meetings countrywide.
